Water and electricity problems

It seems that the water and electricity problems are never ending. Our bathroom on the second floor has never been able to be used because of the on-going water problems. It seems as if when one problem gets fixed more arise. After having five "professional" workers at separate times come and fix the bathroom, it still is not working. Jon has had to rig up a different way for the water to leave the second floor washing machine until the water problem is fixed. 

 The all famous widow-maker shower heads. An electric coil heats up the water as it flows through the shower head. Many are uncomfortable with the name of the unit as well as having electric cords so close to the water. Many have been shocked touching the metal handle to turn it off afterwards. The price you are willing to pay to have a hot shower.
