Moving into our new house in Comas, Peru

The semi-truck arrived after going through some of the same storms that we drove through. Some items were water damaged and broken but overall worth the move. Some from our new church came over to help us unload and move in to our new place. Nisha and the other children were still waiting at EFATA Baptist Church until we made it liveable.

Unloading was one thing but unpacking and setting it all up in its proper places was another.

Kevin and Alex came over to help us for a few days with the installation of items.
Nisha and the other three children came over to help with final touches like placing magnets on the fridge and hanging pictures.

Some views of our new neighborhood from our neighbors roof top. We have some great neighbors and tremendous ministry opportunities all around us. It has been exciting to see some of them come visit our church and be open to the things of God.

Two things that Nisha was interested in immediately were to have hot water intalled and shopping places. We are fortunate enough to have a good supply of both. Because it's the desert and the city only supplies water for half of the day, houses have their own water tanks filled each day. Our house comes with two big tanks which is a good supply always available.
