December memories

December in Peru is filled with school programs, Christmas celebrations, activities, and family time. It's also a tremendous opportunity to live the Gospel and share the good news of a Savior.

School graduation of children from our church.

Church Christmas Fellowship

What a joy to be able to give out gifts during the Christmas Season. God has given the greatest gift of all by giving us His Beloved Son Jesus Christ to offer salvation to all that believe on Him.

No honey baked ham in Peru but Jon prepared a turkey for Christmas dinner.
Our cat enjoyed his gift of a scratching post built by Ray.
It's the little things that are hard to find in Peru that mean so much when received (like peanut butter M&M's).
Nisha was encouraged by talking with family from the States.
Our first Christmas in Peru with family to visit during the holidays.

What a blessing to have guests come to the house for fellowship and games.
The Church "White Elephant" gift exchange was an opportunity to encourage one another in christian love.

Ray and Jon were daring enough to go shopping in the market during rush time.

Christmas eve and New Year's eve are brought in with a big firework display.
