Tourist Season in full swing

Tourist season begins in April with "The Resurrection Week" but is busiest during the last week of July till the third week in August when the country is on vacation to celebrate their independence. There is no school or university classes for almost a month. Where we are currently residing is becoming more and more touristic each year. More recreational places and ranches are opening to attract visitors to come. August also begins a new climate season for the area with warm days and chilly nights causing colds and flu viruses.
Our girls took the time to show their bravery at the activities available in the area. Riding a bike in the air was one of the activities.

The Ruffner Ranch provides rodeo activities for the tourists that come to visit.

Our girls beat their competitors for the fastest cutting time.
I show off my strength with the hammering of the post.
Katie shows her strength by lifting weights with a pulley.
The girls both crossed the log without ropes or help.

Katie again enjoys the time relaxing in the hammocks.
Me practicing my bow and arrow skills.
The Ruffner Ranch also provided opportunities to milk cows and watch different shows.

Of course being a part German based area, the german dancing team would provide shows for the tourists.
Ribbon competitions provided entertainment as well as opportunity to tell the girls stories.

I believe it's important to be involved in the community and to enjoy what is available in our area.
