Church friend day

The church's Friend Day created an opportunity for the church to invite family and friends to hear the Gospel preached. We started the event with fair games and prizes; than we moved inside for skits, dramas, and fun songs; before turning to a more serious time for the choir and preaching. We ended the night with a baptismal service and dinner on the grounds.

Nathan helped run the airsoft shooting booth.
Matthew helped with the basketball shooting booth.
Jon and his dad helped make all the pennants and games for the fair.
Nisha provided and organized the snack shop in which people could buy or use their earned tickets to get cookies, cakes, and pop.
Other church volunteers helped run games such as football toss, guinea pig games, fishing, face painting, can knockdown, ring toss, ladderball, washer toss, bean bag toss, cake walk, darts, musical chairs, ping pong, and more.

Nisha is seen in the picture below handing a cake out to one of the cake walk winners.

Jon is pictured below throwing out gifts and surprises.
Chicken was cooked on the grounds for the dinner afterwards.
